We just got back from California earlier this week & had the best time. The weather was out of this world. 75 degrees during the day & around 66 degrees at night. It was the kind of weather where the sun feels so good because it’s cool in the shade. Perfection. Anyways, We spent 4 days at the LuLaRoe convention & then had 2 days to explore just hubs and I. We traveled down to Laguna Beach one day & then back up to LA for the second day. We got home & were totally exausted – jet lack is a real thing. I am pumped to be back home & ready to get back into my routine. Also super stoked to put to good use all of the amazing information from convention.

Monochromatic is a style I have been obsessing over lately. It’s an easy concept to master & can make an outfit uber-classy, modern & streamlined. This outfit isn’t the same shade but they are the same hue which still falls into the monochromatic family.┬áMy opinion is that is harder to wear this concept when it isn’t the exact same color because it’s easy to get stuck in the mindset that it doesn’t “match”. I tell clients all the time that pieces don’t have to “match” they just need to flow. & this totally does!

Have you rocked a monochromatic look yet?
